Plate magnetic separator
They are used wherever we need to separate impurities originating from iron or steel from other commonly used bulk materials. These include, for example, powdered materials, sawdust, grain, or flour. Thanks to the use of magnetic plates, which allow the material to flow freely, they are ideal for materials with poorer flow properties or for capturing metals that could cause clogging of the grate separator.
Magnetic plate separators are manufactured with inlet diameters of 100, 150, 200, and 250 mm. The body of the magnetic plate separator consists of a welded stainless steel housing, which becomes the main component of the piping system after connection. At the inlet to the separator, there is a deflector roof that directs the flow of material to the magnetic plates, thus helping to achieve maximum efficiency in the separation process. The magnetic housing of the separator is easy to clean and comes standard with ferrite magnets, but can also be fitted with strong neodymium NdFeB magnets on request.
