Application
Design
- double, highly efficient neodymium magnetic system,
- robust pole plate made out of a single piece, with radial poles and epoxide resin insulation,
- firm aluminum base with a screw-type switching mechanism enabling fluent fastening force setting,
- prevention of self-turning off or on during tuning and machining phases,
- maximum fastening force of up to 140 N/cm2 – depending on size of the fastener and machined components.
Typical operational course
- turn the switch on using 10-20% of the force,
- center the work piece,
- turn the fastener on using 100% of the force,
- you are machining the work piece.
Fastener attachment to a machine
- on its bottom side, the base is embedded and contains screws to be used for an attachment on suitable flanges.
