Magnetic grids
Magnetic grids belong to the group of magnetic separators for dry mixtures (in some cases also applicable to liquid mixtures) and are the simplest type of separators creating a magnetic field that captures ferromagnetic impurities. Magnetic grids are manufactured in standard size ranges and also custom-made according to customer requirements. They are most commonly used in the food, construction, ceramics, and chemical industries, in porcelain manufacturing, and other industrial areas where dry, well-permeable material in small to fine fractions is processed. They are not suitable for use with abrasive substances or materials with sticky properties.

Why Magnetic Grids Are Important
Reliable contaminant removal
As materials pass through the grid, magnetic rods capture unwanted metal fragments such as rust particles, iron dust, steel shards or small metal pieces. This prevents contamination and protects downstream machinery.
Low-maintenance and energy-free
Magnetic grids do not require electricity or moving parts. Once installed, they work continuously and quietly, offering long-term protection with minimal maintenance.
Improved product purity
By removing ferrous contaminants early in the process, magnetic grids help ensure that final products meet strict quality and safety standards across various industries.
Cost savings and reduced downtime
Eliminating contaminants at the point of entry helps prevent equipment damage, reduces the frequency of repairs and maintenance, and ensures smoother production flow.
