The magnetic testing rod with a diameter of 26 mm is used for inspection and testing for the presence of metallic and magnetic contaminants in selected materials. It can be used in dry mixtures as well as liquid substances. Inside, there is a magnetic core with powerful NdFeB magnets providing sufficient strength for testing magnetic contaminants. By using circular movements, it is possible to test whether the material contains magnetic impurities. These are captured on the functional half of the rod. For subsequent removal, simply pull the handle and the impurities will automatically fall off the surface of the rod. No lengthy manual cleaning is required.

The resulting pull-off force depends on many factors – e.g. the dimensions of the reference sample, the air gap between the reference sample and the tested magnetic circuit, the surface finish of the reference sample, etc.
