Magnetic plates

Magnetic plates are used to separate ferromagnetic impurities during transport on a belt conveyor. They are used in waste processing and recycling, product sorting, protection of processing technology, or in areas where permeable materials are transported. They are also increasingly used where manual cleaning of ferromagnetic impurities is no longer feasible. Magnetic plates generate a magnetic field that captures metal particles from the material on the belt.

They are mounted using 4 suspension eyes on the corner of the plate and are manufactured in standard sizes according to the conveyor type series (or on request). They are usually fitted with ferrite magnets, or can be fitted with stronger neodymium magnets. Standard plates can capture up to 25 kg of objects.
